zbz6 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with zbz6 you must be a natural person who is at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any detail changes. zbz6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, age, and payment method at any time during account use, including at the point of withdrawal.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If zbz6 discovers that you have created more than one account — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same device, the same bKash or Nagad number, or at the same IP address — zbz6 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances in those accounts, including winnings derived from bonus funds. Attempted circumvention of this rule via VPN, proxy, or shared device is a breach of these Terms.

2Deposits and Withdrawals

zbz6 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. zbz6 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. The payment method used for withdrawal must ordinarily match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The following conditions apply:

• Deposits are credited to your zbz6 account upon confirmed receipt from the payment gateway. Processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad deposits are typically instant.
• Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of all wagering requirements attached to any active bonus. Where no bonus is active, withdrawals of real-money deposits and winnings are processed without rollover conditions.
• zbz6 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, mobile network operators, or banking institutions outside zbz6's control. If you experience a deposit or withdrawal issue, contact zbz6 support with your transaction reference.
• zbz6 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending identity verification if the account has not previously completed KYC, or if unusual account activity is detected. The hold period will not exceed 72 hours from the point of verification request.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use accounts or wallets registered in the name of the zbz6 account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted and will be returned.

3Bonuses and Promotions

zbz6 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of the bonus only.

The following general rules apply to all zbz6 bonuses: (a) A player may claim each type of bonus once per promotion period unless otherwise stated. (b) Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. (c) zbz6 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without notice. (d) Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or the abuse of promotional mechanics will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure. (e) Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

4Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zbz6. Engaging in any of the following may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with zbz6 games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to deposits made to your zbz6 account. Any confirmed chargeback will result in the immediate suspension of account access and recovery proceedings.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with zbz6 support.

5Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

zbz6 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. zbz6 prohibits access by minors and will close any account where it discovers or suspects that the registered player is under 21 years of age, regardless of whether any deposits have been made or bets placed. Winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited and deposits may be returned to the originating payment method at zbz6's discretion.

Every zbz6 player has access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from the account dashboard without requiring special application: (a) Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. (b) Loss limits — set a cap on losses per day, week, or month before the system pauses your session. (c) Session time alerts — receive an alert after a set duration of continuous play. (d) Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from zbz6. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. zbz6 strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively.

6Intellectual Property

All content on zbz6.pro — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and game titles — is the property of zbz6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use zbz6 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from zbz6 without the prior written consent of zbz6.
• You may not use zbz6's trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos without prior written authorisation.
• Game software and content provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others) remain the property of those suppliers and are subject to their respective intellectual property protections.
• Any unauthorised use of zbz6's intellectual property or that of its game suppliers may result in legal action.

7Limitation of Liability

zbz6 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbz6 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. zbz6 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use zbz6 entirely at your own risk.

In no event shall zbz6 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming funds — even if zbz6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, zbz6's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your zbz6 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8Account Suspension and Closure

zbz6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct clauses.
• zbz6 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of illicitly obtained funds.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance, in which case zbz6 may close the account after reasonable notice.
• The player requests account closure voluntarily. Players wishing to close their account should contact zbz6 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard KYC checks.

9Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of zbz6 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the internal rules of zbz6. zbz6 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of zbz6 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

If you have a dispute with zbz6, you should first contact the zbz6 customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. zbz6 commits to responding to formal written complaints within 10 business days. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under procedures determined by zbz6 in its reasonable discretion. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

10Privacy and Data Protection

zbz6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. zbz6 uses your data to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. zbz6 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

All data transmissions between your device and zbz6 are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. zbz6 stores account data, transaction history, and KYC documentation on secure servers. 11Miscellaneous

The failure of zbz6 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of zbz6's right to enforce that provision in the future. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and zbz6 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. zbz6 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of zbz6.

12Amendments to These Terms

zbz6 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes — those that substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — zbz6 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email to the registered address on your account. Your continued use of zbz6 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using zbz6 immediately and contact support to close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure due to disagreement with revised Terms will be returned to your verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.
